bOOKING POLICIES:

Sessions are "Booked" when the date, location and start time are confirmed, and when a client makes a full or partial payment for the coach's services.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

If you are unable to attend an event or training, please notify the coach 24 hours prior to the start of a scheduled session to avoid a No-Show fee. A No-Show fee is 50% of package price.

Waiver and Release

Before participating in any activities with UBSA the Waiver and Release Form must be signed and turned in via email or in person before the start of the first session.
