  • Because of the intensity of the sessions, and the time allotted for skill development and application, all sessions are 1 hour long

  • Currently, training is held at three (3) different locations. These may change depending on the season, day, and availability. Be sure to check your email/text message for field changes!

    • Embrey Mill Park: 1600 Mine Rd, Stafford, VA 22554

    • James Monroe High School: 2300 Washington Ave, Fredericksburg, VA 22401

    • Lighthouse Academy: 10713 Tidewater Trail, Fredericksburg, VA 22408

    1. You will receive an email labeled "Coach Uriah: Training Program".

    2. Open the email and click the word "Enroll".

    3. Follow the prompts and instructions.

  • In order to achieve the results you're hoping for, each program is a minimum of four months. Once completed you’ll have the option to continue or take a break.

  • I completely understand that life happens and things change!

    If a scheduling conflict arises, please let us know at least 24 hours prior to the session to postpone or reschedule

    If an injury occurs that requires the player to stop sessions, then we will resume once they are healed. — A Dr's note is required
